Crispy chicken wraps

  • Baking sheet
  • 2 medium bowls


  1. Place rack in upper part of oven. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Grease a baking sheet.
  3. Thoroughly scrub celery, carrots and lettuce before grating or cutting.
  4. Put yoghurt and breadcrumbs in 2 separate medium bowls.
  5. Cut chicken breast into strips 8 cm long.
  6. Coat in yoghurt then breadcrumbs.
  7. Make sure yoghurt is completely covered in breadcrumbs before placing strips on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly browned.
  9. Place 5 chicken strips on a tortilla.
  10. Add vegetable and vinaigrette.
