The Fondation Tremplin Santé has an objective to help youth grow up healthy ! Through its program, it promotes the adoption and maintenance of healthy habits (HH) aimed at physical activity (PA), healthy eating (HE) and well-being (WB).

The Power Up program is offered free of charge to help you integrate HH into your organization (day camp, summer camp, recreation facilities and community centres).

180 tools or activities, including games for youth ages 4 and up, available free of charge on the Power Up portal.
Four stimulating challenges and five contests to encourage your staff to include HH in their program.
More than 140 recipes offered free of charge, to prepare and enjoy anywhere.
Training activities for Power Up members’ managers, coordinators and counselors.
Personalized support for Power Up members, to help them make their HH projects a success.
A financing program to support the completion of HH projects, and offer vacation grants (not available this year) to Power Up members.

Four new contests in 2022: Many Thanks, Croque ta région, Jump into Action, and Ready, set, garden!
Four new videos to support previous tools: Dance Around the World and Discovering Local Fruits and Veggies.
