We have been helping camps promote healthy habits since 2012. We support them every year in their efforts to provide a healthy and varied selection of food that both reassure parents and delights children. Our step-by-step approach favors a gradual integration of changes and promotes their sustainability over time.
Since 2017, our team has reviewed more than 20 camp menus. Over time, our methodology, designed to meet the specific needs of camps, evolved into a tool for use by dieticians belonging to a professional order recognized across Canada, including the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec. We have also developed a full slate of tools meant to help camps develop their own menu. These tools, available at tremplinsante.ca, include the Food Service Guide and more than 150 recipes, from entrées to desserts and snacks. Feel free to view them for inspiration!
How it works?
Our team of dieticians reviews your menu and issues recommendations for changes to implement. You are not required to apply these recommendations.
The menu review fee is based on several criteria, including an initial needs analysis and the number of weeks in the cyclical menu.
