- 500 ml (2 cups) your choice of berries, mixed or not (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries), fresh or frozen
- 300 g (1 pack) silken tofu
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 ml (½ tsp.) vanilla
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor.
- Process until desired consistency is obtained.
This mousse is great for making popsicles too. It can also be used as a fruit dip.
