Ingredients
- 60 ml (¼ cup) honey
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) cocoa powder
- 125 ml (½ cup) dried cranberries
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) unsweetened coconut
- 375 ml (1 ½ cup) oats
- 125 ml (½ cup) unsweetened apple sauce
Equipment
- Square pan
- Large bowl
- Wooden spoon
Directions
- Grease an 8″ square pan and dust with flour. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients using a wooden spoon.
- Poor the mix into the pan and press down using a wet fork.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Keep in the fridge.

- Use the weekends to bake homemade cookies or muffins. You can easily freeze them in individual serving sizes for snacks for the week ahead.
