Ingredients

  • 750 ml (3 cups) Napa cabbage, chopped into thin strips
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) sesame seeds
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp.) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) sesame oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh ginger, grated
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) lime juice
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) brown sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds, and coriander.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the other ingredients.
  3. Add to the salad.
