Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) milk
  • 125 ml (½ cup) frozen fruit
  • 1 banana

Equipment

  • Plate
  • Blender

Directions

  1. Place the frozen fruit on a plate.
  2. Let the fruit rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and pour.

Tips

  • To boost your smoothie’s nutritional value, add chia seeds, powdered milk and/or silken tofu.
