Ingredients

  • 375 ml (1½ cup) oats
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) unsweetened coconut
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground ginger
  • 125 ml (½ cup) dried cranberries
  • 125 ml (½ cup) finely chopped dates
  • 125 ml (½ cup) applesauce
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey

Equipment

  • A large bowl
  • A plate
  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring cups
  • A cutting board
  • A paring knife

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Using hands, shape into balls of about 2 Tbsp (30 ml).
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour and enjoy!

The balls will keep up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
