Ingredients
- 375 ml (1½ cup) oats
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) unsweetened coconut
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cocoa powder
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) ground ginger
- 125 ml (½ cup) dried cranberries
- 125 ml (½ cup) finely chopped dates
- 125 ml (½ cup) applesauce
- 60 ml (¼ cup) honey

- A plate
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- A cutting board
- A paring knife
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Using hands, shape into balls of about 2 Tbsp (30 ml).
- Refrigerate 1 hour and enjoy!
