Ingredients
- 60 ml (¼ cup) cucumber, grated and drained
- 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) mint, minced
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Serve with raw veggies or pita bread.
