Ingredients

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) cucumber, grated and drained
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) mint, minced
  • 10 ml (2 tsp.) lemon juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Serve with raw veggies or pita bread.
