The very first step in revising our menu is checking the products we purchase for allergens. We eliminate products containing allergens whenever possible and keep the presence of allergens in our inventory to a minimum. Also, if we notice that a product contains a lot more ingredients than it would if made from scratch, we do an assessment with our chef to see if we could make it in-house. Creativity is both useful and important. Since 2012, Le P’tit Bonheur has been a proud member of the Power Up program!
