Description and organisation
On an outdoor playing field, the campers try to capture the villains (counselors) who seek to avoid justice.
When the game starts, the villains have 30 seconds to hide. Then, all they can do is run.
When a superhero (i.e., a camper) tags a villain, the villain gives the superhero a challenge based on their motor skill level or on the theme of healthy eating.
Once the challenge is complete, the villain makes a drawing on the superhero’s arm. Each villain has a different coloured marker and the goal is to collect a drawing in every colour.
Most of the physical challenges are available in the Shape Up portal in the folder named Shape Up Tools (ex: Ready Set Go). The healthy eating challenge is to create virtual meals according to the counselor’s guidelines and using the Shape Up food cards.
